Question: Why there is an error message prompted ‘Your user name and password are not defined’ during login? Is my database corrupted?



Possible Reason:

No, the Firebird is corrupted.


Solution:

Uninstall the current version of Firebird and reinstall it.


1. Click on Windows button, type on control panel and Click on Control Panel icon.



2. Click on Uninstall Program.



3. Search for Firebird and right click to uninstall.



4. Delete Firebird’s program folder from Program file:



5. You may now prepare to reinstall Firebird.
