Troubleshooting Payroll: The trial version only allows you to process up to 2 payroll months. Please purchase a license copy.

Question : When I view or run payroll, the system prompts me message “The trial version only allows you to process up to 2 payroll months. Please purchase a license copy.”

Possible Reason :

You have mistakenly installed the trial version application on your computer.

To verify this, you may look at the top of the windows as it is labelled as Trial Version.

Solution :

You need to uninstall the trial version, then install the correct version.
