Troubleshooting Payroll: Unable to Edit EPF, SOCSO, PCB Tax and CP39A

Question : Why can’t I click on Edit EPF, SOCSO, PCB Tax and CP39A?

Possible Reason :

You did not enable such function in Options setting.

Solution :

1) Go to Tools > Options > check ‘Enable User Modify Fields such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB Tax and CP 39A’ and click on OK.

2) You may re-login the system to refresh the setting.

Now you can right click to select Edit EPF, SOCSO, PCB Tax and CP39A and edit the amount.
