UniCart 2.0 Troubleshooting: Basic Configuration Error - Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

Question : When I click on Basic Configuration, an error message prompted ‘Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation when open Basic Configuration’. Why?

When I try to click on those sync methods (Customer Sync, Product Sync, Order Sync, Others Sync), another message prompted ‘URL is not configured’.

Possible Reason :

You did not maintain URL Configuration.

Solution :

URL Configuration is the setting that links up AutoCount Accounting with UniCart. This is the first thing that user will need to setup.

Go to UniCart 2.0 > URL Configuration, user will have to obtain the Website URL and API from UniCart representative and key in here, then click on Save.

After this setting, you should be able to open Basic Configuration for setup.
