UniCart 2.0 Troubleshooting: Error - Unexpected character encountered while parsing value...

Question : When I try to click on those sync methods (Customer Sync, Product Sync, Order Sync, Others Sync), error message prompted “Unexpected character encounter while parsing value: < Path”, line 0. position 0.” Why?

Possible Reason :

UniCart API connection issue.

Solution :

Please contact UniCart representative and provide them with the URL and API key, so that they can help to check on the connection status.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
