UniCart 2.0 Troubleshooting: Error while using Update Quantity by Channel – channel id : Invalid channel id

Question: I am using Update Quantity by channel to update quantity to channel. When I click on Update, there was error prompted “{“channel_id; “Invalid channel id (0).”}”. Why?


Possible Reason :

My Store channel is not supported in Update Quantity by Channel and you have selected Channel “My store” to update the quantity.


Solution :

Uncheck “My store” Sales Channel and click on Inquiry, then click on Apply Balance Qty to Channel and Update again.


Notes:

If you want to Update Quantity for My Store you need to use Update Quantity instead of Update Quantity by Channel.
