UniCart 2.0 Troubleshooting: Sync order error – The value of column Location in table IPHIST does not exist in its master file

Question : I’m using Unicart 2.0, when I do order sync, error message prompted “The value of column Location in table IPHIST does not exist in its master file”. What should I do?


Possible Reason :

Probably you did not maintain the Unicart Channel in Basic Configuration.


Solution :

1) Identify your channel used in Order Sync.


2) Go to Unicart 2.0 > Basic Configuration.


3) Go to Channel tab and add the channel with details correctly and click on Save.


4) After done the setting, you should be able to sync orders from UniCart to AutoCount.


Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
