UniCart 2.0 Troubleshooting: Update Quantity show zero while there was stock balance quantity show in Stock Card Report

Question: When I inquiry Update Quantity, why the update quantity column is zero (0) while there was stock balance quantity show in stock card report?

Possible Reason :

You did not select the location to update or sync to Unicart.

Solution :

1) Go to Unicart 2.0 > Basic Configuration > Location tab, and check on the Location to Sync, then click on Save. OR

2) Go to Stock > Stock Location Maintenance and edit on the Location to sync, go to User Defined Field tab and check on Sync To Unicart, then click on Save.


You may perform the setting at Basic Configuration’s Location or Stock Location Maintenance as both sides are linked.

3) Inquiry again Update Quantity and notice that Update Quantity column is updated. (HQ balance quantity 10.
