UniCart Integrator Troubleshooting: Knock Off Express paste from clipboard does not function

Question: I tried to import AR Receive Payment using Knock Off Express Excel template, after copied from Excel and pasted on knock off express, it shows empty, why?

Possible Reason :

The header column name is case sensitive.

Solution :

Change the header column name from:

1. value = Value

2. knockoffamt = KnockOffAmt

And now you should be able to paste the value.
