Question : Why do some of the sync methods cannot load data, but others are ok?
Possible Reason :
URL Configuration is not correctly maintained.
1) Go to UniCart Integrator > URL Configuration.
2) Please find out details of Website URL and API provided by UniCart representative, then key in the details at Connection Config.
Make sure that the Website URL that you keyed in must be exactly the same with that provided by UniCart representative. Sometimes user may copy directly the UniCart link from the browser and paste it here, which often remove the https:// or www. in the link, and this will cause no data to be loaded when synchronize.
