UniCart Integrator Troubleshooting: Sync Item error - The value of column TaxType in table Item does not exist in its master file
Question : I try to sync item from Unicart to AutoCount, an error prompted : The value of column TaxType in table Item does not exist in its master file. Why?
Possible Reason :
User has set default tax class in Unicart – Product (Item), but did not set Unicart tax mapping in Basic Configuration.
Solution :
Go to UniCart Integrator > Basic Configuration, in Tax Class tab, assign the tax type, and click on Save.
After done this setting, you should be able to sync item from UniCart to AutoCount.
Or you may remove the default tax class in Unicart – Product (Item), then you should be able to sync item to AutoCount.
