UniCart Integrator Troubleshooting: Sync order error – The value of column Location in table UTDStockCost does not exist in its master file

Question : I try to sync order from Unicart to AutoCount, an error prompted : ‘The value of column Location in table UTDStockCost does not exist in its master file’. Why?

Possible Reason :

You did not maintain sales channel in Basic Configuration > Payment Types.

Solution :

In order to sync order from UniCart to AutoCount, you must maintain all available sales channels at UniCart Integrator > Basic Configuration > tab ‘Payment Types’, then click on Save.

Title – Select the name of channel. Note: The list of channels is according to sales channels setting in UniCart.

Location – Select the sales location to be used when synchronizing the UniCart Orders to AutoCount for each channel.
Payment Method – Select the payment method to be used when synchronizing the UniCart Orders to AutoCount for each channel.
Auto Payment Synchronization – Tick if you wish to auto create an AR Payment for Sales Invoice after updated UniCart Orders to AutoCount.
Debtor Account – Select the debtor account to be used when synchronizing UniCart Orders to AutoCount for each channel.

After done this setting, you should be able to sync orders from UniCart to AutoCount.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
