Never forget to key insert the promotion code and description of the promotion, as well as tick ‘Active’ if this promotion is valid, untick it if this promotion is no longer valid.
From Date: Promotion start date. To Date: Promotion end date. From Time: Promotion start time. To Time: Promotion end time. Valid On: Check the day here this promotion will be applied to. Birthday and birthday month will be applied to the member’s birthday. Member’s birthdate must be maintained in member’s profile. For All Outlet: Tick the checkbox if apply to all outlets; uncheck it and user will be able to filter the outlet to be applied. For All Member: Tick the checkbox if apply to all members; uncheck it and user will be able to filter the member(s) and member type to be applied. For All Account: Tick the checkbox if apply to all debtors; uncheck it and user will be able to filter the debtor(s) to be applied. For Empty Member and For Empty Account: Check these 2 checkboxes if you wish to apply this promotion to walk in customer.
