Question : How Existing Yearly Package User Make Payment If Subscription Expired?

If your subscription end date is coming soon / expired, kindly click renew button as below image.

You will receive email notification about subscription end in below time:

   • 7 days before subscription end date
   • 3 days before subscription end date
   • on Subscription end date
   • 3 days after subscription end date



After click renew button, system will be pop out below screen for your selection.

Plan Selection: system will redirect to the purchase order screen to let you to make changes on headcounts or payment frequency before going to payment screen.
   • Purchase Current Plan & Proceed to Payment: no changes on purchase plan, you can direct to make payment.
