Cloud Payroll - Subscription : Why my main screen have another company that not created by me

Question : I created only 3 companies in my subscription but from my main screen show total 4 companies. Why and how can I remove the extra company?

Possible Reason :

The extra company (XXXX Sdn Bhd) is created by other Subscriber and you has been invited to access it.

Solution :

You are not allowed to remove this company access because you are not the subscriber for this company.

Only the subscriber user can remove you from their user maintenance. Once remove, the company (XXXX Sdn Bhd) will disappear from your main screen.
