FnB: Kitchen printer cant print out kitchen slip

Question :

Why is my kitchen printer not printing kitchen slip / token when I make an order at F&B system? I have done setup my kitchen printer maintenance, and the printer was able to print test printing.

Possible Reason :

You may not have enabled print kitchen receipt function at your POS BACKEND.

Solution :

1. Login POS Backend > Point Of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Settings Maintenance

2. Select Your Option ID then click Edit button

3. Go to Document Control 2 > Tick Print Kitchen Receipt under F&B category.

4. Click OK to save then perform speed sync from your terminal.
