OneSales Pos: Unable to sync back to OneSales Web Portal show sync error message?

Question :

Unable to sync back to OneSales Web Portal show sync error message.


Possible Reason :

There are errors occurred in some transactions.


Solution :

1. Go to Point of Sale > Terminal Monitor > Sync Issue, there will show which transaction has error message and click on View to show the error message.


2. There are system solutions that will guide you how to resolve the error message.


3. Now the transaction should be able to sync back to OneSales Web Portal.
