I get error during login as shown below, why?

Possible Reason :

Most probably is outlet could not connect to server SQL Server due to services did not start.


Solution :

1. Open Windows Run box (Windows key + R) > enter Services.msc > OK > select SQL Server (A2006) (my sample is A2006 instant name) > click Start (make sure it is Running, you may restart the services).
