Photocopier Management System Troubleshooting: Customer Service error-The value of column SalesAgent in table A/R invoice does not exist in its master file

Question: When I save a new Customer Service, system prompted an error message “The value of column SalesAgent in table A/R Invoice does not exist in its master file”. Why?

Possible Reason:

Sales Agent is not assigned at Debtor Maintenance.

Solution (1):

Assign sales agent at Debtor Maintenance.

Solution (2):

Update the Photocopier Management System plugin version to 2.1.0.2 or above.
