Pos3/5/FNB: Second Display Unable to play video

Question :

I have enabled LCD Customer Display function and inserted the video path at POS/FNB terminal. When I double click to open POS/FNB, it prompts and asks to download video??


Possible Reason :

Video path format not valid or not matched.


Solution :

1. Your video type file saved in the system is mp4 but you have keyed in the path as MP4. Just change it to small letters ‘A.mp4
