Pos: Sync error - Unknown Sql Exception…SQL Server detected a logical consistency-based I/O error

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: Error message prompted: “Unknown Sql Exception (Number=824, Message=SQL Server detected a logical consistency-based I/O error:incorrect checknum…” when I want to do speed sync?

Possible Reason:

The outlet/HQ database is corrupted.

Solution:

Do backup for both the HQ and outlet account book. Try run “DBCC CHECKDB” using SQL Management studio.

If the minimum repair level is “allow_data_loss”, restore the backup file for HQ/Outlet. If you don’t have any backup, you have to create a new account book and re-setup the new account book.

Continue to perform sync after above action is performed.

Note: Please refer to below link on how to perform DBCC.
