Question: When I try to backup, an error prompted “Backup Failed. Database Error found. Unknown SQL Exception (Number=5030, Message=The database could not be exclusively locked to perform the operation. Check statement aborted…)

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0 / 2.1

Possible Reason:

Antivirus blocked user from performing action to the database.

Solution:

Deactivate Antivirus or turn off firewall, then try to perform backup again.

Note: Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem persists after performing the suggested steps.
