Question : When I try to save bank reconciliation, system prompts an error message “Invalid number format in Actual Bank Statement Balance”. What should I do?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason :

There is a space at “Digit Grouping Symbol” under Control Panel – Region.


Solution :

1) Open Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region.



2) Click on Formats – Additional Settings


3) Remove the space before comma and click on Apply and OK.


4) You will able to Save the bank reconciliation now.


Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the steps as above.
