Question: When I create a new invoice, system prompted an error message: “Unknown Sql Exception (Number=8114, Message=Error converting data type nvarchar to bigint.) Why?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Suspected that there is a language mismatch between AutoCount and the computer’s operating system.

Solution:

At Region Settings, change the Country or region to Malaysia and Regional Format to English (Malaysia).

Then re-login AutoCount, you should be able to successfully create new invoice.

Note: Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
