Troubleshooting: Error message – Root element is missing

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question : Error message – “Root element is missing” when double click AutoCount Accounting.

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason :

Something is missing in the file/folder.


Solution :

Reset Accounting Configuration and re-attach account book to login.
