Troubleshooting: Exceed Network Users when log in

Question : I have purchased 15 network users, but when I try to login to one of my account books, system prompted message “10 network user(s) and 0 internet user(s) already login to AutoCount Accounting but your current license only allow 3 network user(s) and 1 internet user(s).”

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

This account book is not registered for license OR is registered but changes made in company profile causing it becomes Trial Version. For trial version, system will only allow maximum 3 network user(s) and 1 internet user(s) to log in.

Solution :

Get the logged in users to log out AutoCount, so that there is at least 1 user count is available for you to login.
