Troubleshooting: Ledger did not show the details as per transaction entry

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: In Journal Entry I have entered 5 lines for Purchases account, but when I view Ledger, the Purchase Account shows only 1 line in total. Why?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

You have entered the same acc.no., description, proj no., tax code for the Journal Entry Detail.
When all this information is the same, system will group it as 1 line.

Solution:

If you wish to show it all just like the entries, you need to change the description so that it is not identical.
