Question : Why there is an error message prompted “Invalid LCP Decrypt File” when I want to login into AutoCount? What should I do?

Possible Reason (1) :

Missing of some files that are required for your application to load.


Solution (1) :

Reinstall AutoCount.

Those missing file will be re-create after reinstall, and you will able to login into AutoCount.


Possible Reason (2) :

Antivirus program (Sophos) blocks the AutoCount specific file path.


Solution (2) :

Add the specific file path into Sophos Antivirus exclusions list.
