Troubleshooting: Login issue - Invalid User ID or Password

Question: Invalid User ID or Password when login AutoCount.

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason (1):

The User ID or Password was wrong.


Solution (1):

Make sure you key in the correct User ID and password.


Possible Reason (2):

Your have set Medium or Strong password in Security Policy which is case-sensitive.


Solution (2):

Make sure you key in the correct password (case-sensitive)


Possible Reason (3):

The User ID is Inactive.


Solution (3):

Request your Admin user to set it back to Active your User ID.
Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance, edit the specific User ID, and check the checkbox of Active and click on Save.
