Question: When I restore account book, an message prompted “I/O error occur. The process cannot access the file …… because it is being used by another process.”. Why?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason:

The backup file you are trying to restore is being used or opened by another software. Example: Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.


Solution:

Close the software that using the file, then try to restore again and you should success to restore.
