Troubleshooting: Stock Item Inquiry error-Input string was not in a correct format

Question: When I search item in Stock Item inquiry, an application error prompted “Input String was not in a correct format.” Only this computer has issues, others are ok. Why?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Computer region setting issue.


1) Go to Control Panel > Region.

2) Click on Additional Setting.

3) Decimal symbols need to choose "DOT" instead of comma, then click on Apply and OK.

4) Relogin AutoCount and you should be able to inquiry stock item inquiry without error now.
