Question : Why my Tax Code S5 do not have Govt. Tax Code?

Version : 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason :

When a tax code is created using the ‘New’ button at Tax Code Maintenance, the Govt. Tax Code will be empty and you need to assign its value.




Solution :

To create Sales Tax 5% tax code, you should go to Tax > Tax Code Maintenance > Configure Malaysia SST > Output Tax, check the checkbox to enable tax code S-5 and click on Save.


You may delete the Tax Code S5 which you have created earlier if there is no transaction involved.
