Troubleshooting: Unable to select preview option
Question: Why can’t I select preview option (either Preview Default, or Preview All) like that of Image 2?

Possible Reason:
This is an access rights issue. You have been restricted to access default report only by your administrator.
Solution:
Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance;
Click on Access Right
Go to AutoCount Accounting > System> Behaviors > Can Select All Reports.
Assign which user you want to let them preview all reports.
Note: Please contact your administrator for the access rights control.
