Question: Why when I copy from another Sales Order, the unit price is changed?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

The option ‘Calculate Unit Price from SubTotal’ is checked. So, the unit price will be calculated from Subtotal.

Solution:

Go to Tools > Options > Invoicing > Document Control > uncheck ‘Calculate Unit Price from SubTotal’, then click on OK.

Now when you copy from or copy to new sales order, the unit price will be copied as it was.
