Troubleshooting: Login error - Unexpected end of file has occured. The following elements are not closed: AutoCountConfig. Line 9, position 1

Question : Why there is an error message prompted: Unexpected end of the file has occurred. The following elements are not closed: AutoCountConfig. Line9, position 1…. when I double click on AutoCount Accounting? What should I do?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0



Possible Reason :

AutoCount configuration file is corrupted.


Solution :

You need to reset the Accounting Configuration and attach account book (database) again.
